After forgetting a Kindle on the nightstand, LostItemDelivery made the recovery process easy and painless. The cost was reasonable considering the item was shipped from Tokyo to LID and then from there to Detroit, MI, USA. We had a slight delay due to Golden Week but by the time the tracking information showed up, we received the package two days later!

Best service ever! Quick, responsive and very professional !! My daughter left behind her soft toy at the airbnb loft we stayed during our vacation in Japan. The airbnb owner helped us locate the toy and arranged to have it sent back to us. Lost Item Delivery contacted me with clear details of cost and options to have it sent back to us. We receive the package within days after confirmation. My daughter was so happy getting her buddy back! Thank you so much !❤️
