Sehr guter Service, für mich sehr einfach umzusetzen, schnelle Lieferung, und dafür angemessener Preis. Ich musste das Paket zwar beim Deutschen Zoll abholen; es stand aber groß darauf, dass es sich um persönliche, im Ausland vergessene Sachen und nicht um Onlinebestellungen handelt. Das ist eigentlich eindeutig. Am Service von LID gibt es für mich entsprechend nichts auszusetzen bzw. zu verbessern. Ich würde die Firma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent and hassle free service. I foolishly left my Apple AirPods out of their case in my hotel room and only realised when I opened the case on the Bullet Train out of Tokyo. I emailed the hotel, they located the items and then passed them on to LID. The AirPods were back with me in the UK within 3 weeks. The items were well packaged, instructions to customs that they were personal items that had been already taxed in the UK and arrived quickly. Such a relief to get them back and at a fraction of the cost of buying a new pair. Thank you LID!!

I recently left behind my AirPods at my hotel in Japan. The concierge referred me to the Lost Item Delivery Service. They were great and easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. They gave me a quote for everything and as soon as I paid they shipped my AirPods out and gave me a tracking number. I received the package when they had estimated it would arrive. They packaged my AirPods so well. I hope I don’t leave anything behind on future travels but if I do I would definitely use their services again.
