I accidentally left my kindle behind in my hotel room and this Lost Item Delivery Service was super smooth! The system is hassle free and they gave me updates every step of the way. Got my kindle back to the Philippines after three weeks (because of the New Year holiday). I hope to never leave stuff again, but it’s nice knowing there’s a system I can count on 🙂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank this delivery service enough. I lost my teddies while travelling in Japan and they went above and beyond to help locate them and get them safely back to Australia. Their communication was amazing — fast responses, constant updates, and they genuinely cared about helping. They never gave up on finding the items and made the whole process so much less stressful. Delivery was also incredibly fast. I’m so grateful and highly recommend their service.

I highly recommend LostItemDelivery. They worked so efficiently to retrieve the items I left behind at a hotel. The process was seamless and even though this all happened around the Christmas and New Year’s period, they were so responsive and got my items back to me. What a wonderful service to have when you leave items behind. It should be noted too that when you leave something in Japan, the store/hotel/restaurant/train station will keep it for you!

LID is very efficient and helpful. I’m grateful for their services to help reunite me with my lost items.
